What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
Fumiko would like the government and business not to just use abstract and mechanical catchphrases such as "women's empowerment", but to create a diverse and modern platform where all people, be they female, male, young or old, can live the way they want.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Fumiko’s advice for the next generation: Be open minded in broadening the concept of "women".
