What do you think apanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
In Namibia, Maki met a psychiatrist who said people who suffer from stress need a place where they are able to refresh, eg in nature. If only the government could help women, who tend to get stressed more (working mums) to create opportunity /place to "refresh" to reduce stress.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
There are lots of possibilities in life. I never thought I would be running in Africa and talking about my experience on TV and in front of an audience. Any small passion or curiosity will help your life. Believe in yourself and start something. There is no time to waste!
