What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
We need to create a world where people naturally consider men and women as equal but also one that recognises true differences between men and women. We should celebrate our differences and listen to both sides carefully and build on the ideas we create!
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Challenge new things. You'll never know what’s out there if you don’t try. But always know your own identity; who you are, where you are from and what you're most proud of. You are you. Smile, be positive, then nothing will stop you.
