What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
I think women could be more involved in the workforce by allowing nannies/home help from overseas.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Japanese have a saying - if you chase two rabbits you can catch neither. It’s not true. You can have family and career.
