What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
I actively employ stay-at-home mothers and people who will benefit from flexible hours. I believe companies can offer varying styles of employment while still reaching their management goals. I hope to learn more and hear from other companies and countries.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
I’m still 25 years old but the Japanese government is plagued with issues related to the aging population so I think we need to support companies that seek to solve social issues. These companies will easily generate revenue in the future. Do not miss out on these opportunities.
