Rica Maezawa is the owner of "Nanakusa", a restaurant in Shibuya. She was inspired by Hiroshi Fukuda, an expert on Edo Period (1603-1868) cuisine. Rica worked at his restaurant, Nabeya, before opening her own place. She also conducts cooking school at the restaurant.
前沢リカは、「七草」レストランのオーナーです。大学卒業後、OL時代に江戸料理研究の重鎮でおられる福田浩さんが執筆された本に魅せられ、仕事を辞め、福田さんが経営されるなべ屋で江戸料理を学ぶ。現在は料理教室も始められた。
