What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
Do away with a viewpoint that determines how we act or how we are treated due to gender. I hope we can build a society where differences are accepted, valued and the individual’s choice is respected, a place where we create a society where we both respect each other.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
