What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
I think that the government's efforts have progressed since 2012, as measures are steadily increasing. In addition to the system, how to foster the culture is key. It might be better to increase the opportunity for each person to think and feel about the meaning of diversity and inclusion.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Please try everything with an “I can do it” mind set. Don’t think negatively about something before you start.
