Mai Yamamoto was born in Shizuoka but now lives in Tokyo. Prior to starting work for Spanish furniture design company, Andreu World, Mai was involved in house renovation and design. She studied English in Ireland when she was there on a working holiday.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Don’t be frightened of anything, take on as many challenges as you are able!
