Kae Ishikawa is the Director of UN Women Japan. Kae has worked at UNFPA and UNICEF and also as a gender and human rights adviser at Japan's Permanent Mission to the UN. Kae holds a Master of International Human Rights Law from Kobe University.
石川雅恵は UN Women Japan の日本事務所長。2003年よりUNFPA（国連人口基金）に資金調達官として、日本、カナダ、豪州、ニュージーランド及び韓国との関係調整を担当。兵庫県立神戸高校、関西学院大学社会学部を卒業後、オレゴン大学国際学部学士、神戸大学大学院国際協力研究科法学修士取得。
