What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
Kumi hopes that the Japanese government and industry reflect on the causes of discrimination between men and women and act to bring about the change needed to encourage women’s active participation.
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Kumi’s advice for the next generation: believe that you are the force behind your own capacity to grow as a person.
