What do you think Japanese companies and/or government needs to do to help women in Japan?
The Japanese government has passed a number of laws that give women freedom. However, very few companies are leveraging this. The challenge remains how do we change the mindset!
What advice do you have for the next generation of women in Japan?
Identify what you stand for. Dream about where it is you want to be. Don’t be discouraged by the ups and down and follow that dream!
